Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made by debit or credit cards, bank transfer, or cash.
Refunds
NutritaYou does not offer refunds, except where required by law.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice
Clients may cancel a consultation with more than 48 hours’ notice and reschedule the appointment at no extra cost. After the third such cancellation, any future cancelled appointments will be charged in full and considered lost.
Cancellations less than 48 hours / No-shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), will not be eligible for rescheduling at no extra cost and will be considered lost, except where required by law.
Applicability
This policy applies to all clients, including those in the UK.
UK Consumers
UK clients retain their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the distance selling regulations).
